Here are two quick cards that I made with Create-A-Critter and Storybook.

This week's PCC challenge is to make a wedding card using the colors pink, green, white and brown. I used a modified card layout from a card that I made for a friend and used the cuttlebug to give the card some dimension and give it an elegant look. I used Storybook to make the scalloped circles and the monogram.
This weekend I lunch with my very good friend Amber who is simply an inspiration after spending the majority of last year battling, and beating, breast cancer. Last year she and her new husband purchased a new home and I sent them a very cute house warming card that I ended up featuring on one of my initial posts. Anywho, over lunch I was joking around that I would send Amber a card for no particular reason since she likes them so much. She was really excited by the idea and so I came home and started messing around with my cricut to see what I could create. I ended up coming up with a simple layout and then playing around different variations of the card over the weekend - an anniversary card, a thank you for troops in Iraq, and a challnege card.

So like everyone in the Cricut world, I love the Creat-A-Critter cartridge. It's wonderful and so much fun. I made this belated birthday card for my friend's son. I'm loving the card so much that I keep delaying putting it in the mail!
I've been seeing several easel cards on blogs recently, but never had an occassion to make one. However, a friend of mine recently had a baby boy and I started creating a mini album as a gift and then needed a card. I kept the design simple and I love it. The baby is from the New Arrival cartridge. I also used my Swiss Dots cuttlebug folder on the blanket.
